How Was Created the First Lead Gen Tool that Provides Value Both to Users and Realtors

At first glance, it may sound ambitious, however, I have been the pioneer to create the first-of-a-kind home value delivery system with a focus on lead generation for realtors in Canada.

This a strong statement supported by strong facts!

It started almost two years ago when I was practicing real estate. Almost every realtor gets introduced to lead-gen giants like Boom Town, CINC, Bold Leads, Primeseller Leads, etc. These are super popular and powerful platforms loaded with tons of features. I tried them all. One thing was common for all of them. They were focused on identifying one general intent – home value search by the users. People always wish to know the price of their property and usually start their home selling journey from that step. This is where the lead capture happens.

All the ads connected to the mentioned lead capture tools were promising instant home value. But the reality was that no value was ever delivered to the registered users. By realizing this practice, I felt the frustration of the users who were extremely not welcoming my calls and there was no chance for a good conversion rate into business. These ads are still there, and people keep using them.

So, I started searching for solutions and I found a public data source providing home values instantly from a variety of data streams and generating almost accurate pricing. The idea was born to connect this source to already existing lead capture concepts.

After discussions, design, and implementation with my partners from We Construct we created https://checkyourhomevalue.ca/!

It resulted in a simple AI-powered tool that satisfies the users who already know that they are dealing with a realtor. The sign-ups as very high quality since all users gain value from using this tool. The idea got registered for copyright with the Canadian patent office.

I am extremely proud to have achieved this.
